Terms of Service

By using infiniprintsolutions.com you agree to these terms. They describe the services this website actually provides: online sticker and label configuration, guest or account checkout, 3D uploads and quotes, and custom print quote requests.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site. Continuing to browse, upload files, request a quote, or place an order means you accept these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email and password or Google sign-in used on your account. Guest checkout is available for sticker and label orders. Signing in lets you reopen projects, models, quotes, and orders on other devices.

Customer artwork and files

You keep ownership of artwork and 3D files you upload. You grant Infini Print Solutions permission to store, review, print, machine, and ship those files as needed to quote or manufacture the requested work.

Permission to manufacture

You confirm you have the right to reproduce the designs and models you submit, including logos, characters, and copyrighted content.

Prohibited content

Do not submit infringing, unlawful, or harmful content. We may refuse or cancel work that appears to violate these terms or the law.

Proof approval

Sticker and label orders require an online proof. Checkout is blocked until that proof is approved. Approval confirms spelling, size, layout, and cut path as shown. Other custom jobs are reviewed with you before production; this site does not generate an online proof for every product type.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for spelling, dimensions, colors, quantity, and the files you approve. We print from the approved proof or agreed quote, not from later unsent revisions.

Color and manufacturing tolerances

Printed color can differ from a screen. Cut, size, and finish can vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. Exact Pantone or on-screen matching is not guaranteed unless we agree in writing.

Custom-product limitations

Apparel, packaging, drinkware, signs, and similar categories may be coming soon or quote-only. Those items cannot be added to the online sticker cart.

3D-printing tolerances

3D parts can vary in dimension, surface finish, and strength based on material, orientation, and geometry. Quotes and revisions are handled after you sign in and submit a model or description.

Pricing and payment

Sticker pricing is calculated on the server from size, quantity, material, and finish. Client-displayed totals are estimates until checkout. Payment is collected by Stripe. A paid order is created only after Stripe confirms payment.

Cancellations

You may cancel before payment. After payment, custom work that has entered production generally cannot be canceled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an unpaid quote.

Production timelines

Turnaround starts after proof or quote approval and payment, not when a file is first uploaded. See Shipping and Turnaround.

Shipping

Shipping charges and methods shown at checkout or in a quote apply to that order. Risk of loss passes when the carrier takes the package, except where law requires otherwise.

Returns, refunds, and remakes

Custom products are generally not returnable because they are made to order. If we made a production error versus the approved proof or agreed quote, we will review a remake or refund. See Returns, Refunds, and Remakes.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, and our original designs remain our property. Your submitted files remain yours, subject to the manufacturing license above.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Infini Print Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Termination

We may suspend accounts or refuse orders that violate these terms, including unpaid chargebacks or abusive uploads.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page.
