Returns, Refunds, and Remakes

Most products on this site are made to order. Unused stock returns generally do not apply.

Production errors

If the finished work does not match the approved sticker proof or the agreed quote, contact us with photos, your order number, and a description of the issue. We will review a remake or refund for our error.

Approved artwork

Spelling, layout, size, and design choices you approved are your responsibility. We do not automatically remake jobs because a customer later wants a different file, color, or size.

Normal variation

Color shift from screen to print and normal cut or 3D-print tolerances are not defects. See the Terms of Service and Artwork and Proof Approval pages.

Use the order support form and keep the original packaging until we respond.
