Frequently Asked Questions

Coming soon items cannot be purchased yet. Quote-only products — including most 3D prints, apparel, packaging, drinkware, signs, and custom projects — can be requested through a quote or contact form. We do not show a buy price for items that cannot be ordered online.

Sticker and label orders can be placed as a guest. Creating an account lets you reopen projects, models, quotes, and orders on other devices. Guest projects stay on the current browser until you sign in.

Sticker and label orders include an online proof. You must approve that proof before checkout. Other custom print and 3D projects are reviewed with you before production begins. We do not automatically generate a proof for every product type.

Artwork for stickers and labels: PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF. 3D uploads: STL, OBJ, GLB, GLTF, and 3MF, up to 100 MB. If a file is unsupported or too large, the upload form will say so instead of silently discarding it.

Printed colors can differ from what you see on a monitor. Approve the proof for spelling, size, and layout. We print to normal manufacturing tolerances and cannot guarantee an exact on-screen color match.

Production time starts after proof or quote approval and payment, not when a file is first uploaded. See Shipping and Turnaround for current starting points.

Shipping is calculated at checkout for sticker orders. Tracking is added when a shipment goes out. Details are on the Shipping and Turnaround page.

If we made a production error, contact us with photos and your order number. We review remake and refund requests after the approved proof. Customer-approved spelling, size, and artwork issues are not automatically remade. See Returns, Refunds, and Remakes.

Sign in, upload a model or describe the part, and we send a quote. You can track revisions from your account. Online cart checkout for ready-made 3D items is not available yet — request a quote instead.

Use Custom Projects to configure stickers, request a printing quote, upload a 3D model, or describe a custom 3D design. We reply through the contact or quote workflow already on the site.

Sticker and label checkout is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on this website. Guest checkout is available for those products after you approve a proof.
