Shipping and Turnaround

Production time starts after the required approval and payment, not when a file is first uploaded. For stickers and labels, that means after you approve the online proof and complete checkout. For quote jobs, it means after you accept the quote and we confirm payment.

Sticker and label orders

Shipping is calculated during checkout from the current site shipping settings. Free-shipping thresholds, if enabled, are applied on the server — not from a number typed in the browser.

Quote and 3D work

Custom print and 3D jobs receive a turnaround estimate with the quote because geometry, quantity, and finishing vary. Those dates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery appointments.

Tracking

When a shipment is scanned by the carrier and tracking is added to the order, you can view it from the order status link or your account.

Service area

We ship to the addresses collected at checkout or on the quote. A public street address is shown on the site only when it is configured in Site Settings.
