Account information

If you create an account, we store your email, password hash or Google sign-in link, profile name, and saved shipping details so you can sign in and reopen projects, models, quotes, and orders.

Uploaded artwork and 3D files

Files you upload — including artwork, proofs, reference images, and 3D models — are stored so we can manufacture, quote, or revise your project. Guest artwork may remain in this browser until you sign in.

Order and shipping information

Orders include product configuration, quantities, pricing calculated on the server, shipping address, payment status, and production notes needed to fulfill the job.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on this website. Stripe receives the checkout details required to collect payment.

Cookies and local browser storage

We use cookies for signed-in sessions. Guest carts, project drafts, and similar work can be stored in your browser so you can continue without an account. That local data stays on the current device until you clear it or sign in.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics on the live site. It collects privacy-friendly usage data such as pages viewed, referrers, and device type. It does not use cookies for tracking.

Email communication

We use email to send verification links, order updates, quote follow-ups, and responses to contact or newsletter requests when those services are configured. Newsletter signup requires a valid email and is used only for the updates described on the form.

Data retention

We keep account, order, file, and quote records as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle remakes, and maintain your account. You can ask us to delete account data that is not required for a completed or in-progress order.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, database storage, file storage, email delivery, and payments. They process information only to provide those services.

Your choices

You can update account details while signed in, continue as a guest for sticker orders, or use the contact form to request access or deletion of personal data.

Security limitations

We use standard safeguards such as encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
