Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to place an order?

Sticker and label orders can be placed as a guest. Creating an account lets you reopen projects, models, quotes, and orders on other devices. Guest projects stay on the current browser until you sign in.

What file formats do you accept?

Artwork for stickers and labels: PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF. 3D uploads: STL, OBJ, GLB, GLTF, and 3MF, up to 100 MB. If a file is unsupported or too large, the upload form will say so instead of silently discarding it.

How do 3D quotes work?

Sign in, upload a model or describe the part, and we send a quote. You can track revisions from your account. Online cart checkout for ready-made 3D items is not available yet — request a quote instead.
